He is of mixed parentage, half-Nez Perce and half-Siletz. He spent a lot of time on the rez getting into trouble, occasionally fighting, smoking weed, playing guitar with the only other kid who was into heavy metal, and going out hunting. He was already pretty well-known to the sheriff of the town of Craigmont, Idaho by his 14th birthday. Apparently, that's when his mother sent him to live with his father. After this, he straight up disappeared until he was about 22-23, roughly last year. Tadzi and his sister, Kaya, have made a short trip southwest across the United States, traveling from their father's home in Wyoming towards Los Angeles. The two siblings spent some time in Salt Lake, then in western Utah where they picked up their cousin. They also tried a month or so in Las Vegas, but that didn't stick either. He is young yet, but he doesn't quite measure up to expectations when people meet him. Most Uktena have probably heard of his father, Water-Follows-Stone, and likely his grandfather, Leaping-With-The-Glade, and his great-grandmother Leaping-With-The-Glade is something of a legend among Pacific Northwest Uktena.
