If we must fall, we should boldly meet the danger. ~ Tacitus Background Ami just has one of those faces that people recognize, but can't quite place. They may know her from a number of places; higher society folks might see the daughter of a powerful, influential Korean shipping magnate (much as she tries to distance herself from that fact), while others might know her from various non-speaking walk-on parts, her modest Instagram following, or the stunts she pulls to attract that following. Between that, the baby superbike that's featured prominently in her posts, her climbing gym thirst traps, and especially her recent pursuit of work as a stunt performer, it's clear to see a pattern of thrill-seeking behavior. Here's hoping she survives it... RP Hooks Reaching for Fame and Fortune: Most routes Ami pursues have left her just shy of true fame. Sure, she's got a couple hundred thousand followers on Instagram, and sure, she's had a couple walk-on, non-speaking extra parts, and sure, she's got a nice little condo, but... she's not a household name, yet. She's not rich. She's not "successful." But she's trying. Clawing Her Way to the Top: Ami's dabbled in a lot of things - modeling, singing, sex work -- but none have been quite as successful as stunt work. She'll chase a lot of things to get her blood flowing and adrenaline pumping, from hitting triple digits on her motorcycle, 'urban exploration,' drugs and alcohol, shoplifting from Target... She's got a thing for climbing, though, whether cliffs or the climbing gym she frequents. Didn't Quite Start at the Bottom: Much as she might wish and pretend otherwise, she's not entirely a self-made woman. Ami's family were loaded to begin with, and she's definitely the black sheep. As insistent as she is to "make it on her own" and avoid using them as a safety net, they've also distanced themselves from her a little. Let's face it: she's a liability.
