Long story short, Xu's mother is a member of the Surenos, and his father is a ranking member of the Black Dragon Triad. Originally from Mexicali, he doesn't fall far from either family tree. He's in LA on a student visa, but in reality, he's working as an enforcer in the Black Dragons based out of Chinatown.
His criminal record consists of a few misdemeanors for simple assault and drug possession.
Most locals call him 'Chu'.
Red Pole:Xu is an active member of the Black Dragon triad and is also commonly brought in to inflict punishments of members and enemies alike.
Delinquent:Parties. Pit Fights. If it's fun and on the edge, there's a good chance Xu will be there.
Martial Artist:Xu spent a large portion of his childhood in mainland China training with various masters. He's even capable of some of the more esoteric feats of the Shaolin.
