A few notes and guidelines for how I run scenes, to keep things from taking an age.

Firstly, I can't see sheets. So if you have something on there that is passive or that you expect me to know - I don't! Please announce it if you're using it (ideally with a book and page ref!). When we're not in combat, go for whatever pose system you like, either in order or 2PR. If anyone is idle for more than 5 minutes without previously saying they needed to idle, and doesn't respond to a prompt, skip them.

In combat if it happens, initiative will be rolled once and used for the whole combat rather than rerolling every round. Please let me know at that time if you have anything which affects initiative order, like Spirit of the Fray. A reminder that although highest initiative *acts* first, they *declare action* last, so we go from lowest to highest declaring, then resolving from highest to lowest. Again, if anyone is 5m+ idle unannounced when it comes to their turn to declare or act and don't respond when prompted, they will be assumed to be taking a defensive action.

Finally, I would request where possible that you keep the OOC chatter to a minimum, to reduce the chance of me missing something important! Making jokes and observations on channels are fine :D
