Background:
Zafira Moretti was born in 1989 in Milan. The only daughter of the Moretti family matriarch and patriarch, she was from birth the acknowledged heir-apparent of a business empire under The Moretti Conglomerate that included significant investments textiles, export/import business, and precious metals and other resources. Built over the span of several generations, the Moretti family wealth was such that Zafira grew up knowing only the best of everything: food, education, recreation - to suggest that the woman grew up spoiled would be significantly understating the extraordinary level of privilege she has held throughout her life.
By her teenage years, Zafira had already developed a love of high fashion, and had begun to create her own designs. While none of these would ever make it to the vaunted catwalks of the world's fashion shows, the practice allowed her to develop her talents alongside the financial tutelage of her father and associates, so that by the time she turned eighteen she was well prepared to take over the family business if anything happened. She would still have some time before that inevitability, though, and in that time grew her own fashion label and brand, which she named Cervacci. By the time she turned thirty, Cervacci was known among the international fashion circuit as the go-to label for womens' suits meant to accentuate rather than downplay femininity.
At thirty, however, Zafira also lost her parents in what was in Italy widely reported to be a boating accident. Now the head of the family business and wealth, Zafira has moved to Los Angeles to work on expanding her fashion line to the United States while also taking over the rest of the Conglomerate's operations.
