Life
Cheyenne Brigitte Spare was adopted for the clout by a wealthy white family, back in the days before it was played-out and cliché to adopt a "foreign" baby. Her father is a cosmetic surgeon to the stars, and her mother is a former professional swimsuit model and current professional Klonopin® vacuum. (Klonopin® is a registered trademark of F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG.)
Cheyenne grew up wanting for nothing, and bored with everything. She embodied the stereotype of the disaffected, morally compromised, rudderless rich kid from Beverly Hills. She accomplished nothing with her time as a mortal.
Unlife
Cheyenne is one of the childer of the previous Baron of Santa Monica, Farid Bekhti. He sensed the potential in her, and taught her to realize it. She quickly became one of his trusted lieutenants.
At the beginning of June 2020, Bekhti took Cheyenne as his backup to confront a Setite whose corrupting ways had been causing trouble in Santa Monica. The encounter escalated to violence, and Bekhti was dealt his Final Death. Cheyenne killed the Setite to avenge her sire.
Upon announcing Bekhti's death to his followers, Cheyenne claimed the title of Baroness of Santa Monica for herself. While this ruffled a few feathers, she was deemed by most to be acceptable as his successor.

Cheyenne is, as of this writing, newly ascended to Anarch nobility. If you're an opportunist, you may sense a chance to try your luck.
If you're the nightclub type, you might notice that bored-looking teenager sitting in the VIP area, where all around her, would-be courtiers vie for her attention.
If you're the type of person familiar with the cosmetic surgeons that the celebs frequent for their upkeep and maintenance, you'll probably know of Cheyenne's father, Dr. Peter Spare – a legend in Hollywood breast enhancement.
