Dexter is a native to Los Angeles, having been born and raised in California all his life. It wasn't until the Second Siege of Los Angeles by the Sabbat that he was brought into the fold of vampires and all that haunts the night. 2013 changed everything. Expected to be nothing more than cannon fodder for the attacks, Dexter prevailed and surprised his Sire by learning, adapting, and overcoming the odds. He's one of the few veterans of the westside Anarchs.
Most recently, he has been trying to carve out stability and longevity for 'generational wealth.' He has started to grow a business in the west and is pretty open to talking to anyone, so long as they're not Sabbat or Sabbat-sympathizers: it doesn't matter to him, people are individuals at their core.
