Tempest presents to most as an almost too-stereotypical Los Angelean. She generally wears high-end athleisure in neutral tones. A Frappuccino is probably in her right hand. Her hair is that shade of platinum blonde that requires regular upkeep. She has the trappings of a basic, uninteresting life and might not merit a second glance from the average passerby. A longer interaction with her, however, may be memorable indeed. Tempest has a temper, is impatient, and curious. As a result, it can be difficult to avoid a collision with Tempest - either as the subject of her attention or sudden (and possibly totally irrational) ire.
