Subject recently came into our field of view after meeting with Abrams. Had him followed, did a bg. check -- used to be a homicide detective for the LAPD. Jury's still out on what, exactly, he's doing or how he's caught up. More investigations needed to determine.

Six feet, broad-shouldered, light tan and dark stubble under a fedora pulled low — perpetually dressed snappy; mouth never without a Camel.
