Biography
File:Risha1.png She grew up in Skid Row, father some rando John, mother a prostitute who was imprisoned for murder when Risha was 12. Despite lot of dangers and hard times, she flourished, growing to outrun, climb, or hide from them. Then came scavenging, dirty fighting, thievery, and con artistry over time. Every day she made time to help at local garages, learning and mooching free meals. Something dark caused her first change at 16 and she was taken in by a reclusive Gnawer Theurge. Only after he was killed by Endron Security, did she join sept life.

- Streetwise Rep: A thief, con, criminal mischief maker in Skid Row, she does not talk to the cops who often hassle her. She only steels from the rich outside the Skidmark and tends to buy food for locals with most all of what she gets.
- Demeanor: Uneducated, unsocialized, and a bit crazy, she is "Reckless, aggressive and undisciplined". Then throw in a resentment for non-poor society's hypocrisy, the girl is messed up. But loyal to friends, Skid Row, and it's poor. She is wild and manic, with no filters or understanding of limits or lines.
- Gang Activity: Recently she has developed a hatred for MS-13, not above helping their enemies to hurt them but keep a degree of separation.
- Hobbies: Scavenging, repairing, and moding anything mechanical or electronic. Mooching food/drinks. Causing mischief. Conning her way into events as if she belongs, like concerts, weddings, and such.
- Hangouts: Anywhere in Skid Row that is free/cheep and does not card her. Only leaves Skid Row to case, thieve, and cause trouble. Or finding a home on vacation, squat there for the duration.
- Public Service: Like 90% of what she steals goes to food for other homeless. She helps with urban gardening and at the shelters.
- Athletics: Despite being built slim and curvy with below average muscle mass, she loves parkour, long distance running, and underground fighting events. Weak but a scrapper.
- Pets: She has a young rat she rescued from a now deceased cat(Fuck Cats!), who she is raising and who often live on her somewhere.

- Sept Status: Been a member for about a year, her Theurge Mentor keeping her separated. Most could know of her but few have met her. The mentor dying in the Siege, she has joined sept life.
- Ratkin: Has a three-legged runt rat buddy, who lives in her stuff. Ratkin Ramblers are liked and she visits them regularly, almost always bringing stolen fast food.
- Position: She acts as a con artist, scout, thief, saboteur, and sniper. She is very docile(3pt Flaw) when it comes to being ragey, so has trouble in face to face fights.
