BACKGROUND
Declan is the child of an Irish woman and a Korean-American man. The middle of three kids, he was raised in the Koreatown section of LA until the family was able to move both their home and business operation to Bunker Hill. After graduating from a local private school, he went off to Kent State University to study law. The plan was for him to get his law degree, then move back home to put it to use as the corporate lawyer. As things usually go in this dark world of ours, Declan's plan was derailed when his parents and older brother were killed. He is now back in LA, trying to take care of his sister while running the business he inherited from his parents.
