- Fairfax - Sebastian claims this entire neighborhood as his own. It's a lot of work, but he's stupidly proud of it.
- Neonate - Sebastian was just released and presented in 2020. Less than a decade dead, he doesn't have a lot of prejudices or biases just yet.
- Medicine - His company has a stellar partnership with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. From blood, to medicine, to even just getting an appointment without waiting six months, he can help.
