Looking Out: He's looking out for the people of LA's homeless communities, often in the Southlands, and is something of a political radical and vocal advocate, though he's also clearly a little bit troubled. This does not stop him from taking it upon himself to protect folks though, particularly the younger ones, who he sometimes makes toys and gadgets for in his spare time.
