Bite my shiny metal ass!
Bradley was born and raised on the Rocky Boy's Reservation in Montana. He was born into knowledge of the Uktena and the Garou ways, as his family had a long and prestigious line, and his pure breeding was undeniable. His childhood was hardly...normal. Still, he also dealt with the poverty and drug issues common to the underfunded reservations in the country, and while he had prestige for his blood...he never had money or human opportunities. Life for the Cree, and every other modern tribe, is not easy, thanks to tons of social issues...but that isn't what this is about. Basically, even as a Kin or Garou, life is still rough on top of all that Wyrm stuff.
He was raised with old traditions of his people, mixed with those of the Uktena. Others on the Rez simply saw the Wapadji family as annoyingly old-fashioned, though they were always incredibly popular come the yearly Pow-Wows and other traditional gatherings. Brad has a number of siblings, and while he wasn't the smartest or the prettiest, he had his own uses. Like his siblings he was marked with a Kin-Fetch, just in case he would one day turn. He was bethrothed early on to a Garou on the Rez by the name of Natalie Deere, and even with the social expectations they actually fell in love in their youth. He focused heavily on his archery training, finding a certain level of no-mind in the aiming and drawing of the string. His training with it became a huge part of his life, if not the main focus. He was so good, in fact, that he ended up qualifying for the Olympics. At eighteen he traveled to Rio to compete with the American Archery team, and he secured a gold medal. He expected it to change his life. It didn't.
He returned to things being jkust as bad at home, if not worse. His mate and him married, and he ended up on the front of a Wheaties box. He did a few other sponsorships, and most of the money he funneled into social programs on the Rez. It...didn't make an enormous difference, thanks to outside weight from terrible people. At least he had his Mate, right? Well, until two years ago. His Kin-Fetch had never been removed, due to the local Theurge being so busy with other problems. He was out of town with his wife when a Spiral spotted his Brand and notified his pack. They were jumped when they were leaving a bar, and he had to witness his Mate torn apart, though she gave back quite well. Brad, meanwhile, damn near lost his leg in the fight. He survived only because of the approaching police. He fell deeply into depression for a long time, and still has a huge limp in his left leg, and walks with a cane.
Recently, he decided life off of the Rez might help his mind and soul, and he has come to Los Angeles.
