Early 40's power players are nearly as common in Los Angeles as that tropiest of tropes, the Nebraska 8 wanna-be starlet. Roland Allard looks that part. He dresses that part. Most of the time, an exotic, fetching woman named Leila can be found on his arm, so at first blush, he acts that part.
