Background:
The son of a Russian Black Fury and a human man, Basil’s early life was one of abandonment, neglect, and travail in an orphanage in St. Petersburg. Adopted by an American couple in Michigan, he was found to be too difficult and was disowned and committed to an institution. He would have languished there if he wasn’t found and rescued by a local Children of Gaia pack. There he flourished, experienced his first change, and was accepted. He’s decided to try and help people who hurt like he used to, and is a therapist.
While he is Nonbinary, he uses He/Him pronouns to avoid causing conflict with any local Black Fury tribe members, who will notice the family resemblance and may take issue with his identity.
