Biography
Carmen is 18, maybe 19ish, now. She was born in El Paso, the eldest of five kids, and grew up minimally supervised.
RP Hooks
- Ratkin rambler: The ramblers are tight. Like most, she's cool with Gnawers and suspicious of the other doggos.
- Backtalking: Carmen compulsively talks back to authority figures with whom she disagrees - bouncers, police officers, mall cops.
