Born in the Sept of the Western Eye, Storms-at-Dusk is one of a handful of Garou who have come down to the Sept of the Shining Angel in the wake of costly battles. Trading a secure and desirable life for one bound to be full of hardship and lessons, Dusk seeks to prove himself and find the hope in LA.

 Adren: Like many of his sept-sisters, Dusk came down with the intent to win renown on the front lines of the battlefield. Instead of winning accolades of Glory, the young lupus proved himself as a Garou of utmost Honor.
Master of Challenges: Transitioning to this higher position, Dusk has handled numerous challenges ranging from informal disputes all the way to rank and position bids, and has earned the confidence of the Sept Alpha.
Truthcatcher: Despite being young, Dusk challenged for and won the empty position, and served a short but Honor-filled tenure. He is still willing to lend an ear and kind words, albeit in his own wolfish way.
Lupus in the City: A lupus! In Downtown Los Angeles! A peculiar and rare sight all on its own. For lack of a better hook, or perhaps interest in what a four-leg is doing this far from the wilds, Dusk can commonly be witnessed around the bawn and during its various gatherings.
Sept of the Western Eye: His original sept. As a member of the Children of Gaia with strong familial ties to the Black Furies, the odds of seeing this lupus around the Muir Woods were pretty high. And to those who planned on coming down to LA to assist.
