Biography

One day while Nari was doing the Vrschikasana, Scorpion pose, she saw a cat casually stretch out in what seemed like an impossible manner. In that moment the world opened before her eyes and she realized that all humans could move as freely as the animals of the world, if only they pushed through their limitations and embraced the natural and spiritual world around them.
