Summary: A meeting gone bad

A new face enters the private box. 5'11" and slender, with only the ever so slightest of curves to her, Miette glances about curiously. The girl is wearing a sleek black dress that ends just above her knees, and hangs off one shoulder. It looks nice, but not expensive. Something picked up at a mall store, or something. A pair of dark, similarly 'nice' sunglasses cover her eyes, even indoors and at night. She smiles softly to herself as she takes everything in, reaching up to tuck blonde hair behind one of her ears. "Hm," she offers to nobody in particular, making her way further in.

Indeed. I would have had too many heads that I would have wanted, could have made a garden of blood and skulls. It is something, that means a good deal to me that car." The Primogen speaks slowly, as he leans back into his chair. "But, that is just good it is returned, also crime such as that should be more careful not to drive next door with the stolen care, I don't think they understand crime, very well."

The man turns now slowly to look over at the new arriival, his eyes on the face and than the outfit as he waits for the introducing of the,. "We have yet to meet who, do I have the pleasure of welcoming to the Praxis." His voice soft, it seems to carry through out the room even though it is not more than a whisper, his hand is steepled once more in front of him, as he waits. "Though in all honesty? Your guys leaving the keys in the car, the engine running? Not a smart move either," is Mosquito's placid response, based on what she heard the Primogen saying on his phone at the time the theft was reported. Then, her attention ticks over to Miette. "'sup," she greets, quite informally.

The new girl glances at the man with steepled fingers, and she raises a hand to wave at him. Her accent is midwestern. "Oh. Well, hey there. I'm not intruding, am I?" She makes her way closer, over 6' in her heels. She looks towards the more informal Mosquitio and flashes a wider smile. A hint of fang can be seen. It isn't as if she is flashing them, but more that they're more obvious with waning connection to her former human self. "Miette," she adds. "I'm Miette. I just got into town a few weeks ago."

Nakisisa slides to his feet standing a 6'4 as his hand is comes up to adjust that tie once more, causing the snake to slither downwards and than once more upwards along the tie."I see Miette, is it and what is your clan, allegiance, sire?" He strides forward now his eyes still not moving off the new arrival, as his gloved hand is drops to his side, he is still as death waiting for the answer. His eyes locked on to the new kindred, unmoving as if he is a stone wall to cross to enter the Elysium.

There's a delighted smile from Mosquito as Nakisisa stands. "Huh. I guess you must like me more than I thought, Primogen Kanuba. I didn't get the fifth degree when we met." Or likely he knew everything he needed to when he saw her MC cut, but let the woman have her moment. She looks between Ventrue and Visitor, brows raised curiously.

Miette arches an eyebrow at that, and she offers a small, lopsided grin to the man. She holds up a hand and she sticks up fingers as she counts off replies. "None of your business; not the Sabbat, so we're cool; and Marcel. You don't know him." The snake draws her attention, and she cocks her head curiously to the side as she watches it.

"I see, and it is your job to tell me what is cool. That is delightful to hear. I bow before your might. It is good to meet someone in such high upstanding in our fair Praxis. Good to hear you are not a sabbat. That is my only worry at all. Good indeed." Nakisisa nods slowly as he looks over at the woman, as he speaks now. "Given your status, I'm sure you already know mine. How is it that I have yet to meet one with so much power in the Praxis? To dismiss the Primogen of the Ventrue. It seems the oversight is mine unless, of course, you are mistaken in your dealings with me?" As he talks, he brings out his phone, as he sends off a quick txt into the ether with a chuckle. "Do sit, mighty one, and I look forward to haring your tale."

Still standing, the Primogen looks back at Mosquito with a soft chuckle."No, you are part of something. I had already known what it is. Word of mouth, flyers, meeting other members. Your group did not hide. I respect the open nature of your group. I have no beef with it, even if I don't see a need to stand with you in the dark night. Also, two of you are pleasant to chat with, for dirty anarchs."

When this is done, he motions for Miette to follow him and take a seat as he leans back in his chair. "Or do you wish to start from the top once more? It is up to you, of course."

"I'm Independent," Miette replies to the Primogen's speech. "You have as much status with my people as I do with yours. So, just relax. Take your foot off the fucking pedal. Unclench your jaw, let your shoulders go slack. It'll help your stress levels -amazingly-." She adjusts her septum piercing and glances over at the presented chair, as if considering it. She finally wanders over to it and slides in gracefully, skillfully crossing one leg over the other. Her attention turns to Mosquito, and she smiles again, but with more conviction this time. "Well, thanks. Hi there. I like your..." She gestures vaguely to the Anarch. "...Everything."

Nakisisa slowly nods with a shake of his head, as he speaks now slowly his fingers moving along his tie, with a wicked chuckle. "Oh I see, you have as much status as me. In your circle of independent, that is grand to see. I will be making sure others, given you almost broke two of our rules in one sitting. The first of which is the Hospitality for not truly stating yourself to me, when asked for it. I'm sure as an Independent you are liking in manners, and knowledge of Elysium so I will kindly educate you, and the breaking the Domain but that is we are to also be open and honest in such a place, about our linege, it's a two for one deal. Now, given this I will have to be inform the Sherriff of course, as is the rules of the Camerilla. I do hope you don't mind too much Miette was it, I do think this is not a good place for you, and I here by stripe downtown from your travel rights."

It really is a shame that food isn't a thing for vampires, because Mosquito could really use some popcorn right now, watching the interplay between Primogen and Independent. She flashes a smile in return to Miette's compliment about her everything but doesn't otherwise interject. She wants to see how this plays out.

Miette sighs in her chair and she leans back, reaching up to rub her fingers over her face. "Okay, look. Mr. Primogen. I'm sorry. Been awhile since I dealt with the Camarilla. The city I'm from barely has three other Kindred in it. So...didn't have to deal with your laws at all." She takes a deep, uneeded breath and turns her attention to the man. "Miette du Saint-Martin, neonate of the Followers of Set. Independent. My Sire is Marcel, but he's in Europe. Marseilles, last I heard." She glances sidelong at Mosquito behind her sunglasses, and cannot help but g rin a bit with how dialed-in the Anarch seems on the drama.

Artemis makes their way through the main entrance hall, eyes flicking down to the phone clenched in one hand, before their gaze flicks up to the Group of Cainites in front of them. "Ah. Please forgive my Tardiness, Primogen Kanumba. You requested the presence of One of my Clan?" They look distinctly frazzled, as if they had just thrown together their normally immaculate outfit and rushed out the door. Which may very well have happened. <English>

Nakisisa nods slowly as he hands a letter over to the ghoul at the door, as he speaks slowly. "Make sure that gets into the hands of the Sherriff, tote sweet." With that he turns back to the Miette, as he nods slowly with a soft chuckle. "Why are you still here, you have been stripped of your rights to be here, need I write another letter this time to a few more people, I think you need to learn what it means to disrespect others." His eyes cold, as he smiles slowly with a wicked little chuckle, as he walks over to the board as he slowly starts to right quickly, his hand is moving along the pages as he slams a piece of paper on the board.

"Indeed, thank you for coming so promptly. I need her blood to be tested, for I think she is not fit for our praxis. Do, me a favor she is not of the Camarilla, and I think she might be a large issue for the Praxis in the end." As he walks back to the Miette looking into her eyes, as he grins wide. "Welcome to the praxis, and goodbye it was nice of you to join us, even if it was brief. Passing like two ships sailing off into the night."

And it gets better! A Setite! Mosquito keeps watching the events play out, her gaze then shifting to Artemis when they arrive. "Enter, stage left, the hired help?" she comments aloud, her voice soft but quite purposefully not soft enough to be missed if people are paying attention.

Miette cannot help but snarl softly, now, and she rises to her feet. "Oh, go fuck yourself," she says to the man. In her annoyance, the hint of a French accent sneaks through. With little else to say, she turns to leave the Elysium without another word, brushing right past the poor Artemis. She doesn't say anything else. The girl just leaves.

"As you wish, Primogen." They offer the Kindred a Bow of appropriate depth to one of his station, before turning to the revealed Settite, gaze flickering over to Mosquito before dismissing them as not important at that immediate moment.... just in time for the Settite to brush past them on their way out the door. They pinch the bridge of their nose in frustration. "Should I go after them, Primogen, or leave it for the Sheriff to deal with?"

Nakisisa shakes his head towards Artemis as he sits down into his chair. "There is little reason for that, they left as I asked. I have written to the Sherriff, there is a little we should do now about the uncouth beast in kindred clothing." His eyes move to Mosquito, as he nods towards her. "Did you enjoy the show?"
