A Los Angeles native and the only child of a lawyer and a real estate agent, both workaholics who rarely saw their daughter. While she did not find herself wanting for material possessions, from a very young age she was on her own to bring structure and meaning to both her home life and her internal worlds. In the course of this, she developed her own personal visual language and symbolism, an attempt to give meaning and order to the world around her. Enrolled in a somewhat prestigious private primary school, she still felt it necessary to significantly supplement her own education, in order to builder and understand the life she wanted for herself. Despite the slightly eccentric reputation she developed during this time, she also managed to commandeer respect as a budding polyglot, who had taught herself Italian, Spanish, and ASL in her early teens.

Attending UCLA for University, she took on an eclectic course of study of fashion, design, and art, combined with an immersion in history and the various branches of anthropology. Her visual sensibilities lead her to picking up a variety of additional languages, though primarily ones with non-Latin alphabets. In particular she took a strong interest in the Ancient Near East, and felt there were a number of very important elements that were unknown or ignored by larger Western academic discourse.

For her Junior year, she had arranged a study abroad program in Italy. While the program did not take into account all her academic interests, it gave her a whole new environment in which to pursue and synthesize them on her own. This exchange program was a short-lived path for her, because in Italy she came more fully into contact with a group that had been monitoring her development for years now. Dropping out of UCLA and its exchange program, she began to receive a completely different sort of education, having been tapped by The Order of Hermes to begin an Apprenticeship.

Had all of this happened a few years later, the direction this Apprenticeship took her would likely have been very different. While there are a number of serious and pedigreed Hermetic Houses that very much spoke to here, she realized that for the foundation and thesis for her magickal work, House Xaos was the only choice. Having seen the possibilities when 'low culture' and 'high art' ceased to have meaningful distinctions in the academy, she for it a necessary step to eliminate this sort of difference with the Hermetic Arts, blurring the line between 'Gutter Magick' and 'High Ritual Magick.' Whether others will see the possibilities here, she does not know, but it's a mission she can't decline; it is a gospel she must preach.

Having returned back to Los Angeles, a couple of years ago, she has risen rapidly through the ranks of The Order. Back in her hometown, she worked tirelessly to cultivate an extended fashion network, and employs a decent number in the field. She has not yet made a household name for herself in this field, but she has proven that she has what it takes to succeed.

Along with another fellow Traditions Mage, the two have co-founded a new Chantry named Wayak'il Ts'onot náak'Chi'ha designed around inter-Tradition and inter-Chantry cooperation, as promoted by the New Horizon Council. Time will tell if this was the best idea, but currently she is looking to establish lines of communication with other Chantries and prepare for an Ascension War that seems to be heating up once more.
