Once he was almost a household name, a young psychic with seemingly impossible gifts, until a terrible mistake cost the lives of two young children. A terrible, and very public mistake that cost him just about everything. Now, years and years later, he's finally started to break free of his obsession with finding out how his gifts failed him so spectacularly, and has begun helping people again. In Chinatown, he's a known figure, tolerated by most, respected by a few, and it's there he's setup shop.
