There's not a lot really that is known about Ash unless you do a little digging. She just moved to Los Angeles from Chicago and is pretty cagey when asked about how she makes a living. 'Investments' she says. One that is obvious however is that there's a coldness to her, whatever her mood. Behind every smile and laugh is just a whispered hint of a heavy burden.
She can often be found in shitty dive bars and punk clubs, sitting in the back and nursing the same drink for hours. She broods like it's the 90's all over again. Oddly enough, she's given a few small performances with local punk bands as a stand-in vocalist, but never anything that sticks or gets her any headlines.
She's also been spotted hanging out with the 'criminal element' such as low level street thugs, B&E artists, and other small-timers. While Ash has never been seen actually engaging in crime there's no doubt that she's up to -something- should anyone start poking around.

Punk - Ash is an active member of the punk community, though she's mostly on the fringes. She goes to shows and sometimes performs. You can run into her at a random club.
Gambling - The same goes for underground gambling dens. If she's got money to lose, she's going to bet it.
Urban Explorer - Whatever her reasons, Ash sometimes shows up in random places. She claims to be 'exploring'.
Night Life - She'll show up at other night time activities, of course. She even dresses up sometimes.
