Background
She is the annoyingly cheerful owner and operator of the Posada Puesta del Sol, a seventy-plus-year-old institution in Malibu that serves up good ol' stereotypical American and Mexican food. She's known for her pep and perk, and her ability to talk your ear off. Born and raised in the area, the rumor is that she makes one of the best milkshakes in the Greater Los Angeles County area. Long-time residents would know her and her father, Oscar, who helped make the Posada Puesta del Sol what it is today.
