The short and dirty of Bailey Miller.
Bailey brings to mind a WoD version of Peter Pan or Robin Hood, collecting the forgotten of the Row around her, working with them to make for a hopeful future. Gnawer kinfolk, Homeless humans, the ones that are doing their best to survive. She provides them a method to do so without having to resort to drugs or more serious crimes. She’s a known and trusted quantity amongst them, having lived on the outskirts of L.A. until the recent move inwards towards the Row.

* Bailey is local, just one of many Gnawer kinfolk that kept on the fringe of L.A. society both human and Sept. She’s quiet, more than just because she’s mute, but damn if she doesn’t listen and listen good. Rumors, activity on the Row, there’s a really good chance that she or one of her people catch wind.
