	Overview Born in Bordeaux, France, Baptiste was brought into this world by the Deveaux family. A family of vintners, he spend quite a bit of his youth outside of school learning the family trade among the vineyards. He was classically trained at the University of Bordeaux, earning a degree in business, with a minor in dance. Once fully settled in with the family business, Baptiste began delving into collecting rare books and art. At one of the soirées hosted by his family vineyards, he met a gentleman from Marseille, Louis Badeaux. The two clicked, sharing similar interests. Louis eventually invited Baptiste along on his expeditions to auction houses and ecclectic traders. Their travels took them all over Europe, and then to the United States. They visited each of the Bonham Auction Houses - traveling coast to coast. Their last stop was in Los Angeles, where he and Louis parted ways for some time. Baptiste would return to Bordeaux, in order to catalogue his collection and tend to his family affairs. Soon enough, however, Baptiste had a want to return to the Sunshine state and setup a private estate there to conduct business, as well as add more to his collection. He decided upon Los Angeles, and has since setup residence here.

Generations of the Deveaux vintage have been enjoyed by wine aficionados over the years. Baptiste is quite the fan of a good wine. Carpe Diem - He is a lover of life, of enjoyment and of being in the moment. Collector - Baptiste favors collecting books, but does dabble in art collection as well. Dance - Music and dance are quite dear to Baptiste - he was classically trained, and minored in Dance at college.
	Rumors He used to be a Thrall to a Toreador, hence his love for dance and art. People say he left France under a bit of duress. He cannot resist certain purchases - old tomes are his kryptonite.
