Belladonna Lounge (The Dreaming)

Description

The Belladonna Lounge is a two level underground den of dreams and fantasies, but not rainbows and unicorns. This is where you find members of the Unseelie Court preying on commoners and enchanted mortals. This debaucherous place exists in the realm of depravity, corruption, and hedonism. Here, dark wood and leather abounds, creating an almost oppressively luxurious atmosphere. The music that fills the space is so powerful that it seems to speak to one's very soul, its pernicious melody luring and corrupting all at once.

It's here that scantily clad nymphs gyrate in singles and pairs on the stage of the lower level surrounded by small tables topped by flickering candles. A light fog seems to perpetually cling to the floor, swirling around the ankles and shins of most of the patrons to create an eerie, foreboding ambiance. Satyrs and succubi sit in dim light provided by flickering wall sconces, hanging lanterns, and multicolored motes of dark, perverted glamour. Incubi prowl up and down the winding staircase between the bars that exist on both floors.

Comfortable, dark leather couches have been arranged into various private seating areas on both levels. Each has a large, square table in front of it on which to set a drink, though some have beautiful bodies gyrating and undulating in private shows. Colorful smoke lazily wisps from the mouths of many of the patrons while their unnaturally glowing drinks bubble and froth in front of them.

This is the sanctum of an old Grump Satyr named Hux who himself slinks between the shadows, indulging in the delights this place has to offer or moving through a wooden door labeled simply, "The Varnish" that leads back to the Autumn realm.
