Biography
There is very little information on Chandra except in the realm of urban legend and hearsay. She doesn't exist on paper. No one can point to a school she went too or a job she held down. Among the Grape Street Watts Crips she is a mother figure, at times a drug dealer, the person you go to when you want someone erased. " "Ma Jackson" as the gangsters call her is an OG who knows a guy who knows a guy who can get whatever needs to be done, done.

- The Kings Hand: Among her own people she is the master of spies. When needed, she can play the thief, assassin, con artist. It is notably odd that she served the same purpose under the former Rat King considering the transition of power was not clean.
- Surrogate Mom: Chandra is metis. She can never have children of her own and certainly will never be what anyone would call a loving mother. Her tragic desire to have children leads her to teach the young to hide, to survive, to kill. In a warrior society, she is sought out by young ratkin who recognize that behind her cold exterior is a lot to learn.
