Peter Crawley, or Creepy Crawley as some know him, is an a bit of an LA urban legend. Few know his face and even fewer have actually met him in person. Many believe he does not actually exist. However, those who draw his attention can certainly feel his influence. Crawley has been a presence on the LA scene for decades, watching from the shadows and manipulating things to ends of which only he is fully aware.
Camarilla Seneschal: Members of the Camarilla would know that Crawley has been among the ranks of the Tower for decades, serving first as the Nosferatu Primogen and in the last few months, as the Seneschal. He wields vast power on the Primogen Council and has the ear of the Prince. Little transpires in the Praxis without his knowledge or consent.
King of the Rats: Don't tell the Ratkin but Crawley is well-known to have a special connection to LA's millions of rats. If they are his pets, his servants, or both, is unclear, but if one spies a rat creeping around in their presence, it may just be one of his mini-agents collecting intel for its dark master.
Spy Network: Very little transpires among the LA Kindred community that Crawley is not aware of. His information network is second to none and he has eyes and ears all over city. This network crosses sect lines as the Hidden Clan have contacts among the Camarilla and Anarchs alike. What he does with this information is not clear but the Nosferatu of LA are known to buy, sell, and trade information to those who are interested. Need to know something? Come see him.
Power Broker: While few can confirm it, Peter Crawley has been a player in the Los Angeles Kindred power politics for decades. He is known to be one of the most powerful and influential vampires in the City of Angels. His support can bring a Kindred to power or topple them in a single night. How he does this or what the extent of his influence is, are carefully kept secrets. Most of his moves are done in shadow and those who seek to uncover those secrets or threaten him, find out precisely how dangerous the Nosferatu Clan can be.
Anarch Roots: It is said that Crawley, a veritable paragon of the Camarilla, was once an Anarch back when Baron Jeremy McNeil ruled LA. It is also said he has connections to Isaac Abrams and that Hollywood, not Downtown, is his domain.
