Creek

Traveling - it leaves you speechless, then turns you into a storyteller.
~ Ibn Battuta; "The Travels of Ibn Battutah"

Background

Originally from some small town in Nor Cal, Creek has arrived in Los Angeles with his camper van turned mobile home. He lives a transient life, scraping by on odd jobs to keep his belly full and his van moving.

Plan

Creek was on the run from 'something' up north. Once he was able to put a few hours between him and trouble he's starting to breath a bit easier. That said, he's looking for a place to park his rig, some kind of job or relatively steady income, people to make friends with, etc.

Streetwise

Creek has recently arrived from some small town up in NorCal. He's just barely got an income and that's mostly from odd jobs: read as the occasional 'delivery' for some people, figure modeling at the university's art department (especially if they let him scrounge through any extra supplies or provide food), occasionally theft (if no one's looking) or allowing older, more wealthy gentlemen the pleasure of his company - often when they discuss philosophy and...'stuff'.

Jobs

Creek is all about odd jobs. Cook, delivery guy, gardening, yard work, whatever you can think of that puts cash in his hand he'll probably consider.

RP Hooks

It's All in the Cards: Reads the Tarot, as a hobby and more.

History's Mysteries: Enjoys reading about history, the occult, and weirdness.

Off-Books Living: Not big on "normal" income, also does deliveries on the DL.

Van Life: With no fixed address, there's a great many places to be found.

Stevie Wonder ~ Superstition
When you believe in things
That you don't understand
Then you suffer
Superstition ain't the way, yeah
Ooh, very superstitious
Wash your face and hands
Rid me of the problem
Do all that you can
Keep me in a daydream
Keep me going strong
You don't want to save me
Sad is my song
