Background
Danil Igorov would be a bit of a conundrum to many. He's obviously an ex-pat, hailing from the country of Russia. Anyone looking into him would not find him to have been in America very long, but even so he appears to have acquired a few things in a short amount of time. His English is not the best, the accent strong and sometimes missing words but apart from that he holds everything that he needs to be considered US citize. He currently holds both Russian and US passports and is a registered business owner in California.
Danil runs a shipping business called the Ural Pacific Logistics. Outwardly, they seem to specialise in the ferrying of goods from the Baltic and Balkan states and the US, or onwards using LA as a stopover port.
Alongside being a business owner, Danil has in his employ several other men. All of them appear to hail from Russia or Belarus and most of them hold a certain militaristic quality to them.
