A recent arrival, flying in under rotor one evening shortly after a devastating battle in Los Angeles, though to many, the cause and actors of such a battle will never be known, or understood. Smartly dressed in silk suits the man is often around others whom don't quite match the similar vibe he's displaying, oft times giving that 'accountant of the mob' sort of feel, despite the lack of coke-bottle glasses and pocket protector. Perhaps lawyer to the mob would be a better metaphor to use for his appearance and daily acquaintances. He's got a smile, the kind that draws people in and deceptively distracts from the beast that lays within while encouraging a conversation even in the strangest of places, at the most inappropriate of times. Beyond the business armour is something far less polite, though it is kept well tucked down and out of sight.
