Jonas Kincaid is a recent transplant from Miami, Florida to the lovely city of LA.
Rumor has it that he attended the University of Florida and received his law degree, only to pass the bar exam and do an about turn and join the Miama Dade Police Department. He did his time as a beat cop and worked himself up to a detective in the Homicide Division, where he's spent the past several years, earning himself a reputation as a skilled investigator.
Now, a change was seemingly in order, as he's moved to Los Angeles after accepting a position with the Central Bureau Homicide Divsion of the LAPD.
