Biography
Lucien has always been present amongst the South LA crowd of hardened fangbangers ever since the nights pre-dating the Cathayan Invasion, with a past that's shrouded in mystery. No one really knew who he was, or his Sire, or any concrete previous affiliations to one of the Kindred gangs at the time. His rise within the Gramercy-based Anarch gang was, and probably still is considered impressive. Many believe that he's always been a South Central boy through and through though, and who the fuck are you to say otherwise?
