Background
Many people seem to have heard of Mark Steele. A well-connected attorney, who is rumored to use intimidation and under-handed tactics to get rich people's idiot children into ivy league schools, get DUI charges dismissed, know the right city council member to call to get an exception issued for building something in the wrong zoning district, and generally be the sort of work-a-day mercenary who helps the rich and powerful continue living in a society where rules don't really apply to them.
He appears to be well-kept but generally run-down with an apparent age somewhere between mid 50's and early 60's - has an obvious disfigurement and uses a cane, both rumored to be connected to his known service in Vietnam as a Green Beret.
He's known to be particularly interested in and well-connected in city government and both federal and local law enforcement. He seems to maintain a 'virtual office' space in a Regis building for mail and maintaining his law license, but it's clearly not used very much. If you can get his contact info and you can AFFORD him, his tier of lawyer is going to do house calls to your mansion.
