Neve's birth on Christmas Eve was an auspicious event for her family, as they welcomed her into the world as an early Christmas gift. As the youngest of three siblings, she often felt out of place, struggling to find her own identity in the shadows of her siblings' accomplishments. Fortunately, Uncle Mort's arrival brought a ray of sunshine into her life. - Rumors - Though most rumors put her in a pretty flattering light, not every piece of gossip about Neve does. Some say that the 21 year old musician is prone to going to exclusive parties out of the eyes of the paparazzi and disappearing with random guys and girls while she's there. Most just chalk this up to a healthy dose of youthful experimentation, too much money too early in life, and a passion for sex, drugs, and rock and roll.
- Bodyguard - A mountain of a man, Zeph stands just over six feet tall with well-groomed, short black hair, green eyes, and a full, trimmed beard. His arms are thick and veiny, the width of most people's thighs, and he has the posture of someone that's always ready for a confrontation. Despite that, there's warmth in his eyes and his full lips, which don't hesitate to tug into a grin if given the opportunity. Zeph has sworn an oath to protect Neve, and he can frequently be seen in the same vicinity, if not directly beside her.
- Ward - Willow is a girl of about four feet tall with shoulder-length, dirty blonde hair usually kept back from her face by a bow clipped to one side. She has light green eyes flecked with gold, giving them a yellowish quality in some lights. Her features are soft and, by most standards, adorable--a button nose, full cheeks, a rosy complexion, and a smile that could melt even the coldest hearts. At maybe eight years old, she is a fount of energy and curiosity, skittish around strangers, but probably faster than she should be to offer a little trust in such a grim world. She came into Neve's custody about six months or so ago, and Neve often treats her as something between a daughter and a younger sister. Neve can frequently be found out and about with Willow, taking her swimming, out to the Santa Monica Pier, to a play, or just out to play on a playground.
- Cute Pet - Sometimes, either Neve or Willow can be seen with an adorable little pet. It's definitely a chameleon. Probably. Mostly. Except, maybe not. The proportions are a little off, and there's something intelligent in its big eyes. Plus, it changes color a lot. Sometimes quickly.
- Uncle Mort - "Uncle Mort," who bears absolutely no family resemblance, sometimes helps Neve with taking care of Willow. He lives with Neve, and he's usually around her property somewhere. He seems to have a lot of nervous energy, but he's very kind and an extremely competent butler, even if he doesn't really do all that much buttling, anymore.
- Dorian - A guitarist that Neve helped shortly after moving to LA a few years ago. He was down on his luck, about to throw in the towel on his musical career, but now he's got a band going and a signed record contract. Neve sometimes sings with them or just swings by whenever they invite her out to a gig or a night out.
- Haven - Young and a little flighty, Haven is Willow's live-in nanny and tutor. She's also an aspiring painter.
- Moonstone Necklace - Neve can often be found wearing a rather plain looking moonstone necklace. It doesn't look all that expensive, but it's obviously meaningful to her.
- 1960 Hillcrest Rd - Neve lives in what is, frankly, a gorgeous house in Hollywood Heights. Two stories provide plenty of bedrooms for her large 'family,' and the patio out back with the lighted swimming pool provides gorgeous views of Hollywood at night. When there's music playing in the famous Hollywood Bowl, it's easy to hear from the patio and often feels like a private concert. She's even converted one of the downstairs rooms to a private recording studio for her social media videos. If you ask nicely, she might even let you visit.
- Possessive - Though Neve prefers to think of it as 'protective,' she has a very difficult time letting people use her things while she's standing there and an almost impossible time letting anyone borrow them without her. She sometimes jokingly plays it off as being because her brother still hasn't returned her Zune from 2006, but it's probably just a personality quirk.
- Family - Speaking of family, Neve's parents still live back in Wooster, Ohio, where she was born and raised. She also has an older sister who became a doctor and an older brother who followed in their father's footsteps and became an electrical engineer with a focus on power generators. He now works as an executive in the energy industry.
- Choker - In addition to her Moonstone Necklace, Neve can also frequently be seen wearing a platinum and silver choker that looks extremely expensive and very custom. It's given a faint, blue iridescence by a layer of sapphire dust that's been set into the metal.
- Changelings and Enchanted Unite! - Neve was recently appointed as Seneschal of the Court of Land's End. La Maison de Sable et de Ciel (the House of Sand and Sky) hosts regular, thoroughly lively and debaucherous parties. All within the County of Scale and Vine are welcome to attend, many parties full of enchanted Dreamers on which to dote.
