History
Noel returns to his native California many decades after leaving for Strasbourg, France for an internship at Allimant Boxler et Fils. Virtually all of his nights as a vampire have been spent working for his sire, and so he is relatively unknown outside of that city.

- Fermentation: Noel is the secret (as far as mortal customers are concerned) owner and operator of Twelve Gates Winery in the Malibu Coast AVA. Twelve Gates can be found outside of Topanga in the Santa Monica Mountains.
