Appearance

A manifestation has come to emerge that is not that of human, but it appears to be something chiseled from stone itself that is often called a Gargoyle. Octavia stands at a height of 5'7", poised within a manner that speaks of a confidence brewing beneath the surface of this stone creation. No flesh adorns along her physique but instead a beautiful melody of alabasters and grays lay painted along her. Her face has been chiseled with soft features that play into the almost illusion of beauty and as if she is timeless within the age-frame of mid-twenties. The nose narrowly plays down to the lightly flared nostrils, and paired beneath is lusciously full lips.

Draoconic-like wings sprout from her back that remove the illusion of the a stone angel, sharp curves lay points to various angles of the points of the wings that dominate behind her. A off-white dress adorns her physique within the fashion of an almost sun-dress style with simple straps that run along the broaden shoulders, and the material flows to follow the carved physique that it comes to cover. No shoes are present on her feet, laying way to claim to the ground beneath in a naturalistic fashion.

Past
What's in the past?

No one remembers their birth, its some moment before memory recollection really becomes a thing. Most are born the good old fashion way, whether in an egg or live birth - its a beautiful thing.. Unless youre made out of a ritual. Six months in that womb, where once two entities went in, one emerges. Its a blessing, really, not knowing nor remembering the process of creation for a Gargoyle.

Theres that old saying of nature versus nurture, but where does that come into play with creation? Thankfully no one handed Octavia Frankenstein to read. Away from his chantry, that lone Tremere decided to do something outlawed for centuries past. Perhaps he was the one that read Frankenstein and decided that the creation of life was better than the ol fashion way of doing things - his reasons were never clear to her nor ever asked. Octavia only knew him as Master and he called her Octavia.

It was a process even to learn the language of English, it felt difficult and confusing. All these words that meant the same and yet were different! Infuriating at times that it drew her to out lash against the lessons. The boredom was toxic, it festered within her until the Master finally decided to cure it by putting in a TV - perhaps itd help with the language development. There was only one channel on the stolen TV, still connected even to the account and it was Disney+. She was very confused when she found Hunchback of Notre Dame wondering where the legs on the gargoyles went. The biggest thing Disney+ taught her is the power of friendship, how much you can accomplish with having friends!

Yet, Master taught her that not everyone is her friend. Sometimes there are bad people that need to go to sleep.. Forever. There was once a rat that managed to get caught within her basement dwelling and when Master grabbed it, it bit him. It out-raged her, it hurt her friend! Outraged, she lunged out to take the rat from Master and tore it into half and there was a feeling with that moment - a rush that swelled within her as she stared down at its guts spilling within her hands. She liked this feeling. She helped her friend, but she likes *THIS* feeling of putting something to sleep forever.

Some of the lessons were boring and some were fun despite the fact that they hurt at times. One of the greatest memories of a lesson was when they went up to a really tall building that had a bright light that was not working on the top of it. She loved being able to see the city around them and the ocean, it felt nice to be outside! At least it did until Master pushed her off the top of the building he called a lighthouse. The rocks hurt but he called her to return to him and over and over did this happen until the greatest thing happened! SHE FLEW! This feeling was so much better than landing on the rocks so she wanted to do this over and over again!

Then there were games! Hide and Seek was the best game ever but being found meant the sparky stick. That wasnt so much fun as it hurt a lot and made her feel tingling in not so nice ways. She liked the hide and seek game though because she got really good at it - being able to blend in with her surroundings.Master said that it will come in handy for the rules.

The rules were boring and had to be repeated every day to ensure that she memorized them, things like how she cant go near the squishy humans because she would scare them then people would kill her. However, Master did tell her that one day if shes REALLY good and continues to keep him safe that she could look human herself.

Master spoke at length about how she was the first, but he intended to give her more brothers and sisters to form an army. Octavia didnt care about the army thing! She found herself often lonely at times and liked the idea of having siblings despite how sometimes Disney made it appear like a horrible decision. He was starting to make good, making the basement space a bit more crowded with multiple wombs. Octavia was told that she couldnt watch or else her siblings wouldnt be born, so she was clueless to the process.

Everything changed when San Francisco Tremere Chantry forces came in. Octavia did not know these strangers coming into her basement, and Master was not around. She was quick to hide but in doing so, had to witness the sight of her unborn brothers and sisters being burned by these strangers. She wanted siblings, but she wanted to live more. It was too late for Master by the time that she saw his fate, and so she ran the moment she was able to.

The Tremere hunting party still, to this day, cannot explain why Disney+ was being played in the basement; but it was never their primary objective to find out such. The rogue was dead, the research back into proper chantry authorities, and Octavia was on her own.

Everything around her was brand new, she didnt spend much time outside of the basement. It was all overwhelming as well. Dumb luck ran her into the anarch named Yuri, he was just feasting off a drunk in order to feel that sensation he missed when he was alive when he turned to what he thought was one of the statues amongst the cemetery but it was alive.

One can imagine the process of coming face-to-face with a real gargoyle after thinking they were fairy tales made up to make the Tremere sound even more horrific than they already were. Yuri nick-named Octavia to Stone Angel, and took her back to one of the safe houses that the Anarchs had in the city. The amount of time that she spent there was not kept track by her, she was given Disney+, she was introduced to the Anarch society and given basic information where she would listen but she never was allowed outside of that basement for her own safety. One day, the Anarchs just never returned and each day that passed seemed quieter than the next. Eventually, Disney+ stopped working and it took her another week before leaving the basement.

The only thing she knew was flight, and so thats what she did - she took to the air and only when she saw the horizon threatening that tell-tale glow did she go to the ground, finding herself within Los Angeles.
