Background
Ophelia Lynn Jones was born and raised in Skid Row. She claims she will die in Skid Row too, but who knows. She comes from a large family and has had a rough childhood. After her mother went to prison for dealing, Ophelia and her siblings bounced from foster home to foster home. Ophelia's younger siblings are still in the system and she is too much of a train wreck herself to rescue them. Ophelia's mom is still in prison and Ophelia visits her regularly. Ophelia had anger issues a child. She also is a bit of a dark history with crushing debts, a suspended license, a brief stay in prison for robbery and a good deal of time spent in Juvie for various crimes, including assault. She doesn't have a good reputation. She has a terrible one. Ophelia has taken to calling herself Petal for whatever reason. Her mom thinks its dumb and still calls her Ophelia. She now lives in Tent city, being unable to afford any kind of apartment or motel, even the worse kinds. She doesn't have a job, but swears she is reformed and has ended her life o crime. Many don't believe this. She can be seen skulking around Skid Row often looking pissed off. She is too grumpy to earn much begging so how does she eat if unless she really hasn't given up on crime?
