<Deadname> was born in a small town just outside of New Orleans in 1979. She was good at surviving off the land and all that shit when she was a kid, but it's been so long she's forgotten most of those basics. Third generation Irish, her ancestor had come across to the United States and settled in the South. Her daddy was a local musician and a gambler, and she barely knew her mom. Her daddy took her to knee and taught her how to play guitar when she was still a kid, and she found release and magic in the music. So much, actually, that when she performed her first song, in her room by herself, her Fae soul awoke and she went through her Chrysalis. She was eleven at the time.
She joined her first band in Middle School, playing with some other kids in her little, poor town. They played at parties and sometimes local events. The town barely had any other Changelings, but she began finding reasons to travel to New Orleans on the regular, where she became involved in the very Unseelie court of Lisette LeVay, the Unseelie leader of the city. She found solace in the Unseelie Court, and has never even considered joining the Seelie. In High School she joined with a few other musicians from New Orleans, and they formed Wanted. They took the city by storm, and by eighteen they had a record contract.
Life flew by, then, and they toured the world and put out platinum album after platinum album. They performed in amazing venue after venue. The band broke up a couple of times due to either ego, or Sarah's drinking and anger problems. They settled in new Orleans as their HQ, and their fame skyrocketed over the years. Things got crazy when Sarah finally came out, and her drummer infamously left the band over it. He was replaced, though, and the band continued on. While she wanted to continue rocking, she was frustrated with how every interview began to be about being trans. Still, she used her platform to help the cause as best she could, while trying to maintain her hard rock edge. They became a bit of a beacon to queer metal fans, though.
Recently, they were inducted into the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Afterwards, the band decided to take a break, as a few members had kids, or damn near grandkids. So, wanting a change of pace, the Clurichaun moved west and decided to settle in Los Angeles. That's where she met the bad ass Winter rock star herself, and they two became fast friends over music and partying.
