Background
Sterling Barclay-Lockwood is something of a mysterious figure. Very private, not much is publicly known about him save that he inherited a vast fortune that his family had made in steel and transportation. He's the president of Barclay Lockwood Holdings, a large conglomerate with its headquarters in the financial district, which is apparently the source of all that money. He's young, though nobody is quite sure of his exact age, and from out on the east coast somewhere. Charming and attractive, everything about him stinks of old money and privilege, which has made him as many friends as enemies over the years.

 Heir to a vast fortune, he's the president of Barclay Lockwood Holdings, a large conglomerate with its headquarters in the Financial District. His grandfather started out in steel and logistics, but they've branched out in a number of different directions in recent decades. Despite his apparent youth, Sterling is accomplished in finance, law and politics, and oversees his empire from his top-floor office.
A member of Clan Ventrue, Sterling is old as far as vampires in LA go. Originally from Boston, he was a ghoul for over forty years before he was finally embraced back in the early 1970s. Following a falling out with his sire, he came to LA in the 90s along with a lot of the other local Camarilla, looking to stake his own claim as far from Boston as he could possibly get. He's been quietly building his power base ever since.
A Camarilla Stalwart:, Sterling is a great believer in the Ivory Tower, the Traditions and everything else that the sect stands for. Not terribly unusual for the Ventrue, who often stand to benefit considerably from maintaining the status quo. Nevertheless, Sterling is known to be somebody that can be relied upon to toe the party line and is committed to the cause of bringing LA back to the Camarilla once and for all.
