The Nosferatu known as Sullivan Spades has been lurking in sewers beneath hollywood since the 1990's. The neonate is a fairly typical member of his clan, attempting to keep an ear to the streets and a finger on the pulse of the city. Although he has some sympathy for the Anarch cause, and have even voice those sympathies on occassion, he believes in the Camarilla and the necessity of it's structure and hierarchy. Part of this is because he doesn't think the Anarchs capable of adaquately defending against the various threats the city has faced, such as the Sabbat and those weirdos from Asia. Ultimately though, he has made no secret of the fact that his loyalties lie with his clan and it's primogen first and foremost. Gary saw them through the Sabbat threat posed by Andrei, and Crawley kept the Praxis intact while Strauss and Abrams put their own agendas over the well-being of the city.
Tonight, Sullivan works with his clan to cement the Camarillas grip on Hollywood, and to keep an eye out for activities from either the Sabbat or Koreatown. He is a bit invested in the local low-lifes and the downtrodden, like the homeless, although if this investment is born out of sympathy or opportunity is uncertain. He's often seen with his ghoul companion, Mr Ritters, a somewhat shabby yet polite fellow in his 30's that sets up meetings for Sullivan and sometimes acts as his mouthpiece.
