Tobias Quinn, or Toby to those that know him, has spent the past couple of decades cultivating a career in the music industry. A famous pop/country music singer, he's made his mark throughout the world and has taken to semi-retirement, which involved him moving to Los Angeles.
Shortly after his arrival, Tobias encountered Sapphire Studio, a Community Center & Music Studio that catered to those that were trying to catch a break in life and couldn't afford the higher end studio's. While music was their primary focus, the Center also offered supports in mental wellness, financial freedom and other basic life skills. Unfortunately, one of the main investors had pulled out and the Center was about to shut when Tobias made an offer to purchase it. Now, the doors are preparing to reopen, with the same intention in mind, though a record label has been procured, so that music can be sold under the in-house record label.
