Purpose To demonstrate unity through diversity, combining the varying strengths of the Children of Gaia, the Glass Walkers, the Bone Gnawers and the Uktena. To lead from the front, and guide other Garou in their ways forward. Or at least, they did. Vanguard's Roar is now defunct.

Totem Mighty Lion, once brought to sorrow through the loss of his Tribe, restored to valour by Griffin and proud now to lead packs in the battle against the Wyrm. As a totem of Respect, he inspires those who are particularly respectful of tradition to regard his children well.
