Biography
There is very little information on Chandra except in the realm of urban legend and hearsay. She doesn't exist on paper. No one can point to a school she went too or a job she held down. Among the Grape Street Watts Crips she is a mother figure, at times a drug dealer, the person you go to when you want someone erased. " "Ma Jackson" as the gangsters call her is an OG who knows a guy who knows a guy who can get whatever needs to be done, done.
