I learned the way of this world during the depression. Bunch of old, rich bastards screwed the country - but did they suffer? No, the little people suffered. You can't trust the people at the top. The world'd be a better place without them.

–Nines Rodriguez

The South Central Anarchs are one of the two huge Anarch confederacies in South LA. South Central was previously led by Nines Rodriguez, one of Jeremy MacNeils lieutenants. The South Central Anarchs are easily the most powerful vampire faction within Los Angeles. They are numerous and have many combat veterans from decades of fighting, some stretching back to the formation of the Anarch Free State. They are unrelentingly hostile to the Sabbat, Camarilla and Kuei-jin. Even with the loss of the charismatic Nines, they are a major challenge to deal with.

You showed up. Good. Here's what I got to tell you - and so you know, I don't lecture, I don't rap, I'm no bureaucrat, I'm just a guy out of nowhere came to be involved in something five-hundred times bigger than you and me.

Warehouse District

  • The Last Round - Infamous Anarch bar previously frequented by such names as Nines, Damsel and Skelter. It's a rundown dive bar in the Warehouse District of Downtown LA, which made it a useful central meeting point between South LA and Eastside Anarchs turf. It was burned down in 2012 by the Sabbat and restored by Spade in 2021. These nights it would rare to find even Skelter present in the Round, it is far more likely one would find Spade here representing South LA, as well as a small number of other Brujah and Caitiff from South Central. It is by no means Elysium for Anarchs, but it is a place where Anarchs who abide by the Status Perfectus can come to relax and indulge in whatever recreation wish to do at a dive bar that provides darts, cards, vintage pinball and political debate.

Filled Titles

Leader

Whatever, man. I choose not to submit: I signed away my rights once, and it landed my ass in a southeast Asian jungle with nothin' but an M16 and a shitload of questions. Now I'm dead, and the real hell starts. I'll be dust before I roll over and take it again.

–Skelter, on the subject of freedom.

The current leader of South LA is Skelter, the boss of the South Central sets, elected after the disappearance of Nines Rodriguez by the kindred of South LA. That makes him the de facto Baron of South LA for political purposes, although the kindred of South LA disdain titles in respect of Nines Rodriguez. Vietnam war veteran, and Free State veteran too, Skelter's seen a lot come and go in LA.

Consul

Bitch, I was born here.

–Spade, on the subject of outsiders in LA.

South Central is represented in and outside it's turf these nights by the kindred known as Spade who seems to operate as an Anarch Consul might, claiming to talk for South Central and to some degree for South LA without claiming the title itself. This might be temporary, for as long as Skelter is otherwise occupied, or not. As far as LA kindred society is concerned, he's been around in LA since the late 80's, fought in the Free State war, experienced MacNeil's betrayal and backed Nines Rodriguez through it all. Various rumours swirl about whether he survived one of Dusty's infamous recruitments.
Soundtrack: Journey - Don't Stop Believin'
