During a trip to the Triatic Vortex, the Tusk Punk!s completed a painting that was being drawn by the La Brea Woman. This brought Mammoth to them, wherein they felt his intense rage, despair, and fear. Making a vow to follow Mammoth and to ensure that they could bring hope to the ancient primeval god, they received his blessing to summon him and take a share of that rage and despair.

Mammoth, the Primordial Tusk God

Mammoth (Respect/Native) watched his true children die close to four thousand years ago, and has been dying ever since. Had Griffin not sheltered him, he'd no doubt have perished altogether by now, but even Griffin can't stop his slow death.
Mammoth, even in his last years, teaches his adopted children to exercise their might wisely and conservatively. Even when punishment is justified, for example, Mammoth frowns upon any more (or less) punishment than necessary. He is most popular among the Get of Fenris, Children of Gaia, and especially the Red Talons.
In Los Angeles, Mammoth has experienced a resurgence similar to Lion, as many thousands of his bones have brought this once vanished species back into the popular imagination. It has filled Mammoth with new strength and purpose - yet will it be enough?
