* Creepy homeless person, some seem to know her, quite a few avoid her. She just seems to set them off in an odd way (Eerie Presence). She's easy to pick out in the crowd, since she's practically a shuffling pile of blankets.
* Shale is mute, So no lengthy conversations with her. She does seem to like to listen just the same.
* For those that get to see the real her, there is something about her that harkens to the woman she was before. A way she carries herself, a thoughtful expression that says there's something more to her. (Regal Bearing)
