Biography

Tlascal was born and raised in San Bernardino, a member of the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. Perhaps because of the violence that San Bernardino County has been suffering recently, he finds himself a Los Angeles resident. He does not seem to have a career, per se, but there are some skills that he possesses that the criminal element seems to hold in high demand.
