Biography
Addison Jacobs, if that is his real name, started appearing, or perhaps manifesting around the Greater Los Angeles area sometime in the early spring of 2020, shortly before a series of explosively violent events occurring in central city. Whether or not he has anything to do with those events is specifically hard to say. Where he lives and how he lives is unclear. Though only having lived in the city for a short amount of time he seems to possess an almost uncanny ability to intuit where he is going and where things are.
To most, though, he's just a face in the crowd of thousands in a city of millions. If you even manage to see him.
